Frequently asked
Concise answers to the questions artists, studios and visitors ask most.
Sign in, then open the professional sign-up. You enter your name, city and the styles you work in, and the profile is created under your account.
Once the profile exists, everything else — portfolio, styles, location, studio relationships — is managed from your professional dashboard.
Studio listings can already exist publicly before anyone owns them. Sign in, open the professional sign-up, and search for the listing by name. Requesting the claim links that existing listing to your account — it does not create a second one.
A claim request is checked before administrative access is granted: either against a professional email on the studio's own domain, or by our team. It is not automatic, and a listing that is already claimed by someone else is reported as a conflict rather than transferred.
Studio relationships are declared by the artist from the professional dashboard, in the Studios section, where a relationship can also be updated, set as primary or marked as former.
A relationship is declared by the artist; it is not a confirmation issued by the studio.
Claimed means someone has taken administrative control of an existing listing and can manage its content. It says who maintains the listing, nothing more.
Verified is a separate, optional status. For an artist profile, it is requested from the professional dashboard by proving control of your professional website domain, with a verification tag placed on that site, and it is reviewed by our team, which may ask for additional proof. Claiming a listing does not grant verification.
A paid plan does not grant verification, and neither a plan nor verification changes the support you receive.
