These terms govern your use of Inked World, a directory connecting tattoo artists with collectors. By using the service you accept them.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Inked World you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Inked World provides a searchable map and directory of tattoo artists and studios. Listings are informational and do not constitute an endorsement.
3. Accounts & content
Artists are responsible for the accuracy of their profile and for holding the rights to any images they upload. Illegal or infringing content may be removed.
4. Intellectual property
Artwork and photographs remain the property of their respective owners. The Inked World name, design and code are protected.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for bookings, interactions or transactions between users and artists.
