Venezuela— Tattoo scenes & cities

After Hugo Chávez's death on 5 March 2013, demand for tattoos of him surged in Caracas, according to an AFP dispatch of 13 April 2013 carried by Tengrinews. Tattoo artist Uncas Montilla (39) led a group offering Chávez's signature free of charge on the street, with more than 200 requests on the first day. The Mythos Tattoos shop in Caracas then charged on average 2,000 to 3,000 bolivars.
